Yes, something may be “of value” but if you just do alot of those, you’ll gain little total value.
If you want to have a great life, just don’t ever do them.
Leave that room for the high value items.
Of course, you will, having read (for free) my Life Value Productivity book, have a a big prioritized list of the high valued items you can do.
You’ll look at it every week, as part of your weekly plan.
But only do this “time consuming” exercise, if you’re willing to spend 15 minutes to make sure you do a few more of the massively larger payoffs in life! =-)
