Do we humans have the ability to control our thoughts and emotions so that we eliminate stress and destructive emotions (and thinking!)?
Yes, but we’ve got to, first, learn and believe that we can.
Then we can, and only then, will we overcome the destructive thinking and anxiety so prevalent in developed countries. It is ironic that people in poor countries are happier than those in well off ones! Learn why.
